Q:

The fine print states "Limit 2 per person, may buy 1 additional as a gift. Limit 1 per visit." I have 2 cats needing grooming, does this mean I would need to bring the cats in one at a time on seperate visits in order to use two groupon deals? Or could I bring both cats in at once for grooming and use the two groupons (two groupons not redeemed on the same animal)?

Joy H.  asked on  Feb 23, 2012

A:

You may use one groupon per pet per visit, so yes, you could use 2 groupons on 2 cat grooms on the same day.

Q:

I have three labs. They have never been seen by you. 1. Would I have to pay an exam fee for each of them, since they are new to your office if I am wanting to just have their yearly vaccinations and rabies? 2. Can I use the groupon on the vaccinations and rabies shots? 3. How much do the shots cost?

Jennifer H.  asked on  Feb 22, 2012

A:

Our examinations are builit in to the distemper combination, so yes, technically, there is an exam fee for each pet seen. However, if you purchased more than one groupon, you could certainly use one for each pet. Please call our office for a quote on the costs, as each pet has different needs for vaccinations and we have packaged deals for different lifestyles.

On your website, you have a coupon for a free check-up/exam for new customers. Anything else would have cost. So, can I use your coupon as a new customer and apply my $60 towards fecal, bloodwork, heartworm, etc?

Denise B.  asked on  Feb 22, 2012

A:

If you have never had a pet seen at Cherokee before, then yes, you can combine the two offers.
