The service tech did a great job. Very conscious and thoughtful. Truck-mounted unit - older - still good extraction. They have two trucks, one older and one newer...
A “room” is defined as less than 200 sq ft, so if 210 sq ft you’ll pay for two rooms. “Stairs” are additional - reasonably priced. Moving furniture is the owner’s responsibility.
They clean area rugs for a reasonable price also.

Erin! Thank you for taking the time for the Review! Our Vans are both relatively older, (2006) bought used from people selling them. They are in good condition considering. Our Truckmount machines are just barley 5 Years old at this point! Our machines are serviced every 100 hours! So the idea is that they stay in perfect working order. Of course, there are the occasional hiccups as with anything. I am SO very pleased that your service went well!
