The five-hour Passage to “5” tour visits five historic Chesapeake Bay lighthouses and passes under the Bay Bridge. The boat departs from Tilghman Island at 10 a.m. and returns at 3 p.m. This tour is considered a mid-level adventure, but passengers should remembers that changes in the weather have the potential to make it a high-level adventure with more boat rocking. A 15% gratuity is expected.
Captain Mike Richards of Chesapeake Lights knows that the best vantage point for checking out the many lighthouses along the coast is from the deck of a boat. The Passage trip takes each passenger through 130 year old icons of the Chesapreake Bay. Passengers bask in the rays of the sun while sipping on BYOB wine or beer before returning to Tilghman Island.
