Q:

Two questions, if you don't mind. First, to clarify the offer limitations. One customer may buy up to 3 groupons but 5 groupons can be used per reservation (ie, for up to 10 people). Is that correct? And second, last year when we used a groupon at the restaurant there were limitations on the wine selection for groupon customers and some of the food selections on the menu we were told were simply not available. Has that changed? Thanks very much-

Judy P.  asked on  Jan 24, 2013

A:

Yes, you can have up to 5 Groupons per table.
The limitations on menu items are as follows:

Two appetizers (up to a $19 value each)
Two entrees (up to a $29 value each)
Two desserts (up to a $14 value each)
One bottle of wine (up to a $39 value)

This Groupon will not be valid for any items above the values listed. Hope that helps to clarify.

Q:

We bought 1/24/13,Can we coming any day to use coupon ?thanks

Wansheng w.  asked on  Jan 24, 2013

A:

Fortunately, you can use most Groupons on the same day you purchase them. However, we do occasionally have to wait to provide the business with their complete list of purchasers, which can mean you won't be able to redeem right away. If that's the case, the delay will be listed in the Fine Print and we'll remind you when you print your voucher. Hope that helps!

Q:

When do you have to buy this groupon by?

Elaine V.  asked on  Jan 25, 2013

A:

This deal is only available for a limited time. If the business sets a limit on how many Groupons we can offer, you will see "Limited quantity available" under the hourglass and countdown of the time left to buy. There are a few reasons why we may limit the number of Grooupons available on certain deals, but generally it's to ensure a high quality of service for Groupon customers.

For the bottle of wine, can the $39 value be put towards a pricier bottle (i.e. buy a bottle for menu price of $79, and pay the additional $40)? Thank you.

Mike G.  asked on  Jan 24, 2013

A:

May be done for price difference plus $10 (i.e. buy a bottle for menu price of $79, and pay the additional $40 + $10).
