What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Chi-Ku is debunking the belief that fast food has to be unhealthy. Asian food has especially been altered to something very different from the food actually eaten in Thailand, Korea, and Vietnam. At Chi-Ku we buy only raw ingredients. All of our recipes start from scratch—no processed ingredients.
What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
Pad Thai, served with our Gai Yang Grilled Chicken, Butter nut squash with a side of Massaman curry. Or, Rice bowl, served with Bulgogi steak, seared green beans and house teriyaki sauce. Or, Half Salad, half Rice noodle served with Bulgogi Steak, little of each vegetable and our Asian Vinaigrette
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
You will be amazed at the transparency. From the grill, to the Wok, and to the bowl. We also offer all natural, fresh cold-pressed vegetable and fruit juices. Come taste Asian food the way nature intended. Enjoy Asian recipes of the past in a clean, fast, and modern kitchen.
What do you love most about your job?
We love passing our passion for food along to our guests by taking there palette on a journey using our fresh ingredients and spices.
