Are there public restrooms yet? The only restrooms there are in the Richland Center where you have to buy someting to get the bathroom key. Everything else as far as bathrooms is off limits there, including Walgreen's. Chinatown is a tourist attraction with no public bathrooms.

You would meet in front of the New Three Happiness Restaurant, 2130 S. Wentworth Ave., which is right across the street from Chinatown Parking Lot.
