The kids that ran our party made sure it was fun for the kids. But management was very hard to deal with. From getting them to return phone calls and answer questions. We got double charged because of the groupon and when we questioned the charges their website miraculously changed pricing from when we booked the party. I have screen shots of what we should have been charged and when asked if management could be in attendance at the party so we could discuss, she got sick and had to go home just before we got there. This was complete bait and switch would not purchase a party from here.

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our indoor facility is year-round.We offer events that promotes an active style of theme parties for today's youth. We offer a variety of packages and theme's that fit your needs and budget.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We have children that are active and love soccer. Ideal we started a training facility but then our members kept inquiring about renting the facility out for their kids parties. So we developed packages that cater to everyone!
What do you love most about your job?
We have so many customers that are happy with the service and continue to come back and book more packages with us. We are a mom and pop business so we enjoy the people that have come thru our location.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
All moms are the same, so happy that they didn't have to run around and pick up the cake, cupcakes, party favors, food or even clean up. We do all of the work for you. Consumers don't realize how much a party at home will costs compared to renting our facility and we do all the work.
