I did NOT redeem my coupon, but it says I did. The day the technician was to come, he got stuck in our driveway with snow, young man, new from california, no chains and barely tread on the van. They cancelled on us, first of all, saying that there was an emergency, but I got a text from the office that they would have to reschedule, as the technician was unable to get to us. I had timed it and moved out the old washer and dryer so he could clean the dryer vent tube and we could install the new washer and dryer. We wound up having to go to Home Depot and purchase cleaning tools to do it ourself. I had planned for him to do a furnace inspection and clean the vents too, so all the planning didn't work and we did not get our service. I can't find anywhere to get a refund for a service we didn't get.

Expect them to charge you several hundred dollars on top of the Groupon cost… seems like a scam. I won’t be using this company in the future

Kyle was great! He explained everything thoroughly and made his recommendations based on his inspection of my system. I did not feel pressured to purchase the additional services I paid for. I highly recommend Kyle if you need your vents and air ducts cleaned!

The guy who came to the house was great! The coupon does not cover anything. After the inspection they quoted 7oo,oo, Not at all what we were looking for.

DO NOT BUY any service from these people . Extremely Unprofessional. This voucher covers only the inspection. They do not do partial cleaning and quote you an extra $250 if the number of vents exceeds the number that they have put in. No partial service and no refund.
