Instructions from GROUPON said to print the Groupon and have it ready for the merchant. I did that. When Chim Pro arrived and inspected my chimneys it was determined that after 40 years, my chimneys did not need cleaning. So I was charged for an inspection. Now I have a printed out Groupon that you refuse to let me trade in because I followed your instructions. I paid by check for the inspection. After finding you would not allow the trade in, I called Chim Pro and told them the problem. They accepted the Groupon which was for more than an inspection and tore up my check. NO MORE GROUPONS.

The team was very friendly and honest! They took off their shoes before entering our home, covered all the furniture before starting the sweep and showed me the amount of ash they removed. No ash or residue was left behind. I will use them again and recommend them to others.
