How accessible is the festival to a guest in a wheelchair? What accommodations are provided? Do you rent wheelchairs at the festival? Handicap parking? Any additional information would be appreciated.

A:

Only a small section is not wheelchair accessible. it is at the other side of the lagoon. Therefore, you will be able to see all lanterns. Unfortunately, we don't have wheelchairs for rental. handicap parking is provided - please tell the parking staff for your needs.

Q:

I don't see the limitations as to when the tickets must be used by, and on what dates. Does that mean the Groupon passes are good for every day the exhibit is open through January 5th?

Jamie S.  asked on  Nov 11, 2013

A:

The passes are valid for one time admission. These passes expire Jan 5, 2014.
