The organization - if you call it that, is horrible. Our guide was terrible, we were jealous seeing the other ppl w/ their guides having fun & laughing. The photos are FAR worth the money. We had maybe 2 pic's out of the lot worth keeping. You get everyone elses pics on the stick ( $30 over priced ), don't like that idea. Having the patrons carry the rafts up an enbankment that was slippery and had boulders was extremely unsafe, then ask us to lift them up onto a stack of already placed rafts on the trailer??? Crazy!!! Not safe friendly for the older folks at all. The staff is overworked at the end of the tour, scrubbing the suits & boots as well before the patrons left, assuming they were hurrying being the last tour of the day ?? Underpaid, but this is common with these tour companies. Hire foreigners ( Aussies, Kiwi's, English, etc. ) who wish to experience our beautiful country in the mountains only to have the company reap in the money with over priced excursions, and then pay very little to the staff, expecting them to live off non-guaranteed tips. This company needs some revamping - it was ok but there's so much more potential.

The staff are professional. We really enjoyed it especially the kids!

Water was high on the Kananaskis and our guide was awsome. Was not boring at all. Recommend Chinook Rafting absolutely.
