Q:

I am currently seeing a chiropractor in livermore ca where I live. I have come to the conclusion that I need to have at least one massage to help the chiropractic treatment that I am currently receiving. Is this coupon only available to people who are not already seeing a chiropractor? I, unfortunately, do not have the option of stopping treatment with my current chiropractor because I prepaid in order to receive a 20% discount. So it is not as if I can just stop going to her. Also, are there women doctors and therapists available, and is this available in Livermore? Thank you, Monica Poland

Monica P.  asked on  Sep 2, 2012

A:

A: First of all, we do not have an office in Livermore. Second, since the offer includes a treatment, it's not recommended for patients who are already under the care of a chiropractor.

Q:

How long is the chiro exam?

Karen  asked on  Sep 2, 2012

A:

The exam depends upon your needs and condition. It's best that you contact the office closest to you and ask them about this. You can find a listing of our over 100 locations on our website: www.ChiroMassageCenters.com

Q:

I was surprised to learn: A prescription by one of our doctors is required before we can schedule your massage. For this reason, it’s not possible to have the massage on the same day as your exam. I think you need to warn people buying this deal.

George F.  asked on  Sep 2, 2012

A:

The offer includes a consultation, examination and treatment. It's just very difficult to coordinate all of this and a one hour massage in one day.

Q:

can we use the groupon for only the massage and not have the exam and chiro treatment?

sandra b.  asked on  Sep 2, 2012

A:

The offer is for a doctor visit along with a massage. The consultation and exam are required to determine what type of massage you are to get. If you don't wish to see a chiropractor, this is not the deal for you.
