The hand-crafted, small-batch fudge bars coming out of Chocolate Moonshine Company are about as artisanal as you can get. In fact, the first thing you're likely to notice are their vibrant colors: electric blue, deep burgundy, and sunflower yellow. The father-son duo behind the fudge outfit hand-paint each bar not with standard kid-friendly paint, but with delicious french cocoa butter.

But it's not the outside that really sets it apart; it's what goes into the fudge. Working from copper kettles, the culinary purists use only fresh, natural ingredients. These include pure chocolate liquor, organic cane sugar, and fresh cream. The result: 33 inventive, mouth-watering flavors, such as strawberry rose, pumpkin pie, and blood orange.
