Staff did good job on my hair. but they shocked me with extra $120 on top of Groupon. she said color toning is extra $80 so what the point of buying Groupon and length of hair is extra 40.

I asked for 2 inches cut off but only got half an inch trim instead which was decent but not what I paid for.. I was disappointed.

I received the Balayage, haircut and deep condition. I waited a few days before writing this review but it's beautiful and Jazz is amazing!! Highly recommend. She listened to my concerns and my hair is beautiful!
