• What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

As a Lab Technician/ Phlebotomist I tried every possible combination of balancing my work and family with a little me time thrown in. A close friend asked if I had heard of coaching and it was as if the heavens opened with the sounds of the hallelujah chorus. Coaching is a true calling for me and I've never looked back. What do you love most about your job? My clients are amazing -- powerful, successful, courageous, curious and optimistic but uncertain about what they can make happen. I love being a part of their growth -- witnessing that "AHA" moment and their enthusiasm as they achieve something they wanted but couldn't really believe they could do.

• What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

I frequently work with referrals. More than once someone who recommended a client has called back later to say they ran into that client and they were unrecognizable, having changed so much for the better. These same people report that the clients expressly credit their work with me for the change.
