Choux Creme exists somewhere in between a high-tech chemistry lab and a classic French patisserie. The shop creates custom frozen desserts on demand using science. Each time they get a new order, the team prepares ice cream almost instantly by submerging it in liquid nitrogen. The immediate freezing leaves behind only the pure creamy flavor of chocolate, vanilla bean, matcha green tea, or strawberry buttermilk.
Customers can get their ice cream in a cup or accompanied by one of the many sweets baked on site. Pair the ice cream with brownies, danishes, or marzipan-topped cream puffs—choux creme in French, natch. Scoops can also be sandwiched between cookies, glazed donuts, pastry, or giant macarons.
