Best Fishing Trip EVER. We had a great day out on the water, caught a ton of sand dabs and even a Patrale Sole. The crabbing was super fun as well! I can't wait for the next trip! My 7 yr old can't wait either. :) Thank you!

Had good communication and a confirmation call the day before the trip. Sign in went smoothly, all charges clearly explained, had good instructions. Weather was good but swells were a little big, hard to keep footing while fishing. Troy was helpful and patient with telling us how to operate the rod and reel since we were total newcomers to fishing. Kept having to switch spots to get the sand dabs. Got enough crabs for everyone at the end. Had a good time!

Although our original date had to be cancelled due to weather, Chris's worked with us in scheduling the nearest open date. Wife really wanted crabs and I prefer the dabs as future bait and eat the larger fishes. Deckhand Troy was very helpful and accommodating, helping us retrieve our snagged line and cleaning the dabs to our liking. Crabs were scarce but I was quite pleased bringing home 5 crabs between us. We ate one of those wonderful Petrale soles for dinner tonight, it was almost a foot long.

It was a beautiful day on the Monterey Bay! The captain was really nice and Troy, the deck hand. was super helpful, friendly and informative. Also funny! We had a great time and the two of us came home with 30 sanddabs and 4 crabs!
