What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We believe in bringing the honesty back to this industry that has been lost over the years. With the belief of, if i can be fixed, we will fix it. If it can't be fixed anymore we replace it, but only when the time is right.

What do you love most about your job?
Satisfied customers! No high pressure sales here!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We were called out on a "second opinion." Customer called and said they had a company out that said she needed $1,000's in repairs. We found that the problem right away and was very simply fixed for much, much less. The customer was very happy they we were a honest company.
