- To reduce the number of no-shows among Groupon clients, it will be necessary for them to provide their redemption code or a screenshot of the voucher. If a client fails to show up, their voucher will not be redeemable, and it is important to communicate this clearly to customers to avoid any surprises. All appointments must be secured with a valid credit card, and failure to confirm the appointment the night before via the automated message will result in cancellation. A late cancellation fee of $10 will still apply, with no exceptions to this policy. Clients who do not show up will not be allowed to return until they have settled the no-show fee.
