Christmas Village in New Yorkleads you through a wonderland of Christmas-themed scenes, each one populated by animatronic characters, animals, and machines. The display is divided into two exhibits, Santa Around NYC Little Italy and Christmas Village NYC 5th Avenue. During tours, guides explain the story behind the bustling village, which Santa uses as his home away from home when he visits from the North Pole or wants to get out of doing his chores. While walking through, you'll come across elves hard at work making toys, Mrs. Claus baking cookies, and even a barn where Rudolph and all the reindeer play. Upstairs, Christmas in New York's gift store stocks hundreds of unique ornaments, all of which can be personalized for free.
