The day we went 12/22, half of the event closed (the tent area) because of covid which we didn't about so would have been nice to receive an email. Was not able to do the wine tasting I had signed up for but was able to do the beer tasting instead. Some of the other shops and food vendors closed up early that day which was disappointing. The set up did look cute and the beer tasting was fun

Got there and indoor building closed due to Covid. Did not get anything mentioned for our voucher except the beer flight. (Pretzels, beer stein for our tasting. Most shops closed.) Beer vendor was amazing. He compensated us with a beer for the mug the pretzel.Otherwise so disappointed 😞 .

The beer was good but the indoor area was closed for some reason, they were out of brats and pretzels but offered us 2 free beers. It was 38 degrees and they closed in an hour so we would have had to chug them. Lots of food booths were closed too.

Terrible customer service that most of the workers there had “I do not care”-attitude. Lacks small basic needs that workers just simply did not care attending to. Not a great visit after 2 years.

About Christmas Village in Baltimore

Beginning around Thanksgiving, a change comes over Baltimore's Inner Harbor. Lights twinkle to life, music fills the air, and wooden huts pop up in the shape of a miniature town. This isn't any of Santa's magic, though; it's Christmas Village in Baltimore, the city's take on the beloved German tradition.

Warmed by sizzling bratwurst and mugs of richly spiced mulled wine, guests can explore the inviting holiday marketplace, where more than 50 vendors hawk wares, including folk arts, handmade toys, and delicate ornaments imported straight from master artisans in Germany, Scandinavia, and Ukraine. The village is ruled by the kindly Christkind, an angelic figure who also makes time to oversee the original Christkindl Market in Nuremberg.
