With over 15 years of experience, CHS Tech Solutions is a trusted technology company for home users in central Pennsylvania. Home users face unique challenges with modern computers. What was the inspiration to start or run this business? In 2003, I took a job with a local law firm where I ended up working for 10 years. During my tenure, I was promoted from help desk to IT Department Manager. After working 60+ hour weeks, I decided a change was needed and started CHS Tech Solutions. I wanted to help people and make a difference.

What do you love most about your job? The people. 100% the people!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? An 80 plus year old grandmother who can now Skype with her grandchildren across the country. She does it on her TV, so she does not have any issues seeing it. Her reaction: "It is that easy?"
