The Enquirer has been completely unresponsive in my attempts to set up my Groupon subscription. Submitted their form 4 weeks ago - no newspapers yet. I've called their customer service and the rep (while pleasant) told me she can't help me because the subscription isn't set up. I've emailed the suggested contact email ('CIN-CIRCULATIONCIS@gannett.com') twice now. No response at all from them.

I don't have any experience yet as my subscription hasn't started yet. I have yet to see how it goes!
