Adhering to this philosophy, strength and conditioning specialist Scott Goodpaster has devised a mode of training that engages multiple muscle groups rather than isolating single muscles. To achieve this, he fills his gym with such nonlinear equipment as FreeMotion Epic machines and Triple Trainers. He even turns clients’ bodies into the implements of exercise by using ropes, stability balls, and resistance bands.

I am really enjoying the Boot Camp classes at CFF. The trainers were awesome, very friendly and helpful. They correct your form but do not criticize. I felt welcome and comfortable there - even on my first day. Everyone is friendly and happy to be there. It has been a great experience. Thanks CFF!!!!!
