Cinco De Mayo
If the sheer size of Cinco De Mayo's menu isn't impressive enough, the presentation of your chosen dish surely will be. The molcajete, for instance, blooms out of a hot lava stone, with petals of prickly-pear cactus and cheese surrounding a colorful center of pollo asada and fresh radishes. La pina loca, on the other hand, forgoes a bowl altogether, instead containing its spicy mix of shrimp, steak, and chorizo in half a cored pineapple. There are also wet burritos and sizzling fajitas among the other 100+ dishes. Whatever arrives at the table, though, inventive desserts such as cheesecake chimichangas and apple-filled churros never fail to end meals on a sweet note.
