I need to know if I purchased this as a gift for someone and they have not redeemed it, how do I return it and have the money credited back to the original card? The gift was purchased for my secretary, Veronica Bowles 2 days ago (10/3/12) and she received the email today, 10/5/12. Hello! Yes, if you purchased it on your card it will always be put back on your card (not the person you gifted it to). Give our customer service a call at (877) 788-7858 and they can assist you with refunding it. Thanks!
