The Mill Plain location's three living-room theaters provide patrons aged 21 and older with footrests, pillow pits, and waiters on hand, whereas five grand auditoriums with steep stadium-style seating help guests of any age enjoy clear views of the screens. Throughout movies, the Klipsch four-way, all-horn speaker system produces crystal-clear sounds. Moviegoers who arrive early can grab great seats, top their popcorn at the gourmet-butter bar, and enjoy live music performed 20 minutes before weekend evening shows, typically by pianists, violinists, and Frank Sinatra–looking robots. Studio One Theaters, brought to you by the founder and former owner of Cinetopia, is a unique first of its kind multiplex movie theater, restaurant and live entertainment venue. Patrons will get to experience their favorite first run movies through exclusive state of the art immersive technologies including 4K Pure Laser Projection and 128 channel Dolby ATMOS sound. In addition, at Studio One Theaters, movies will be enjoyed in one of its proprietary seven (7) Dine-In Penthouse Theaters, each featuring luxurious custom designed furnishings and thematic decorations. Using an array of visual special effects and creature comforts, the Penthouse Theaters will transport you to some the most beautiful cities of the world including New York, Paris, Tokyo, Rio, and Istanbul.
