About Circle City Strength & Conditioning: Home of Crossfit Brownsburg
Circle City Strength & Conditioning began in Chris Roche's garage. That's where the trainer started coaching a few clients in the summer of 2009. As the leaves turned from green to gold, however, Chris's signature combination of conditioning, strength training, cardio, and yoga drew more and more clients. With class sizes snowballing and the temperature dropping, Chris nabbed a commercial space in January 2010. He transferred his kettle bells to this 1,000-square foot "'box,' literally a box," as he puts it, and his ever-expanding community of fitness fanatics was able to continue their rigorous, supportive group fitness sessions.
Today the studio occupies over 3,700 square feet of space, plays host to a slew of CrossFit classes, and connects exercisers not only with Chris but with six other passionate coaches. In addition to CrossFit, enrollees enjoy yoga, Barbell Club, and even nutritional seminars on how to deadlift hundred-pound carrots. The schedule looks a bit different than it did back in Chris's garage, but many things have endured, most importantly the fitness center's friendly atmosphere and the results-oriented design of its workouts.
