I went without expectations beyond relief of chronic shoulder pain. I left having had the single most amazing experience of my life. After a massage with Poonam, my body and mind were equally relaxed. About an hour after, I was struck by an unfamiliar feeling of lightness. The more relaxed I became, the lighter I felt. Profound joy enveloped me in a way that evoked such emotion that tears flowed from my eyes. I will be returning for a reiki session. This will be a first for me but I am confident it will be amazing.

VVery lovely and serene setting. The Himalayan Salt room was very calming and soothing. I could pick up loose rocks of salt and press them to my body for an intense feeling. The room is a bit chilly but cozy blankets were provided. Overall, an exceptional experience.
