Easy to place an order over the phone. Payment was easy no problems using voucher. Food is plentiful. Ordered tandoori chicken and a aloo papri chat, would try different items next time.

Their samosas are the best in the DMV, no contest. Love the korma and butter chicken. Ironically, haven't tried the kabobs. They also have a very good lunch buffet which.

About City Kabob & Curry House DC

At City Kabob & Curry House, chefs create colorful, mouthwatering meals of South Asian cuisine. These Indian and Pakistani specialties include chicken cooked in a traditional tandoor oven, warm pieces of naan bread, and lamb simmered in a spicy curry. Guests can order their favorite dishes—butter chicken or saag paneer, perhaps—from the menu, or they can sample a variety of stews, curries, and kebabs from the buffet. Here are some must-try dishes:

  • Butter Chicken – boneless chicken cooked with creamy tomato sauce, served with basmati rice.
  • Shrimp Vindaloo – large prawns and potatoes cooked in spicy sauce, served with basmati rice.
  • Ras Malai – cottage cheese balls and special condensed milk flavored with rose water and topped with crushed pistachio.
