Determined to make a name for himself and bring culture back to his neighborhood, Martin Tomas sinks his entire life savings into remaking a condemned building into an art studio in Utopia. To make sure it's a success, Martin calls on the help of his old art school friend, David, who's made a small name for himself in the art world of Albuquerque. But their reunion soon takes a turn as a high-profile police brutality case brings up old grudges and rivalries, threatening to derail the opening and their friendship.
