Q:

Can you provide the website link for Inner Harbor Cruises please? When I google it, it says its is a ferry service run by the MBTA (MA municipal transit)? Not seeing anything about 45 minute cruises.

Kevin H.  asked on  Apr 21, 2013

A:

Very sorry, but they do not have a separate website for the cruises. They run April-October 31st, and cruises go out once every hour between 10:30-4:30pm.

Q:

where do you start the tour ????

John M.  asked on  Apr 21, 2013

A:

Please click here for the map of stops. Groupons are redeemed at the first stop, and from there you can hop on and off at any of the other stops. You can also begin at any of the other stops using your Groupon voucher, but once you get to stop #1, you'll need to get off so you can exchange your voucher at that specific kiosk.

Q:

Are the tickets good for only 1 day? Will the harbor cruise be available in April? We are visiting Boston on April 27th for 4 days.

Alexandra G.  asked on  Apr 19, 2013

A:

Very sorry for the delay! Trolley tickets are just valid for one day, but you can redeem the trolley tour and harbor cruise on different days if you'd like. The Harbor cruises have already started for the year, and will be running until the end of October.

Q:

If I bought a Groupon for 4 people but ended up only having 3, can I still use the 4 people Groupon for 3 people? Thanks! Sue

Susan F.  asked on  Apr 22, 2013

A:

Yes, you can use the 4-person Groupon for 3 people. Keep in mind that the promotional value must be used in one visit, so you won't be able to use the left over 4th admission at a later date.

Q:

If I buy a groupon for 4, can 2 people use it on two different days?

Anish P.  asked on  Apr 19, 2013

A:

No, the promotional value needs to be used in a single visit. Instead, you should purchase two of the $37 options, that way you could redeem the 2 Groupons over 2 separate visits.
