What You'll Get
Yoga is a much easier way to exercise both mind and body than testing Einstein's theory of relativity by racing a beam of light. Avoid a science-related sprain with today's Groupon: for $29, you get a 10-class punch card to City Yoga St. Augustine (up to a $100 value).
City Yoga's certified instructors lead an all-levels community of yogis on a gradual path to inner awareness with a flexible schedule of classes anchored in ancient practices. Vinyasa Flow connects each pose to the breath through a flow of synchronized movements, and Power Flow Vinyasa unfolds frames as experienced practitioners glide through sun salutations and streams of poses that build strength and endurance. Crank up core heat during Lakulish Yoga, where Hatha poses and mindful breathing mold limber spines and steel stomachs against ambushes by boardless clothes washers.
Seasoned benders prescribe empty bellies and hydrated husks for optimal benefits, and encourage students to bring water, a towel, an inspirational picture of a soft pretzel, and a mat to cushion City Yoga St. Augustine's pristine hardwood floors.

About City Yoga of St. Augustine
The instructors at City Yoga of St. Augustine take relaxation seriously. They invest in the translation of asana that means "at ease," a phrase that sums up their noncompetitive atmosphere and approach to each class. During lessons that encompass aspects of Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, and Lakulish yoga styles, they guide students through multiple versions of each pose. Fundamental postures can blossom into advanced holds or serve as meditative stretches for yogis of all experience levels. Rather than pushing their guests toward more difficult tableaus on smaller and smaller Twister mats, the teachers stress the value of awareness and introspection in comfort. They hope that their pupils can then transport the convivial spirit of the studio outside its walls, whether they are signing up for a full-moon beach yoga workshop or simply smiling on the walk home.
