Israel arrived on time and did a fantastic job on my carpets. He took his time and made sure he got everything. He even got most of an old spot out that I thought would never come out. I will definitely be using him again.

They cleaned the carpet in 3 bedrooms, the carpet looked fine when wet, but when it dried, none of the stains were gone. They also charged me an extra $50, after he “measured”. I called another company, Coastal ChemDry, and did the carpet again, and ALL of the stains were removed, for the same cost. So I paid twice, and got cheated by the Groupon vendor. Shame.

Isreal was amazing to work with. My rugs are so clean, and took advantage of his offer to do my kitchen tile - who knew they were white. Recommend for sure! Very reasonable and worth it.
