Good Deal.. but there were some caveats !!! you need to go to CitySights Office to get Printed tickets against this pass. Then you need to get the Ticket from One World Observatory against the printed Tickets to get a Timed Ticket (usually an Hour wait to get this ticket early and use 1 Hour to visit nearby places).. Knowing these details early can save a lot of your time..

I’ve used this service on 2 trips to NYC. Most recently this bus was so difficult to catch. Busses were always full and seating was limited. Commentary from the driver wasn’t engaging. And we had to wait 3 hours before we could use the One World Trade Center passes.

The experience was very pleasant. Picked up the tickets, hopped on the bus and had a great tour. The young lady on the tour bus was very nice, knowledgeable and very funny. One World Observatory was also very nice. I will certainly use CitySights again. Thank you.

Pick up was easy but the asian guy was being racist. The bus tour isnt so great bc as time gets later..less bus running. I was waiting for the bus... bus was coming toward to the next stop but few min later the bus was moving side way... i was like “must be gps error”. nope! The bus driver just took the turn. so basically skipped one world bus stops and few others. 1. Less bus 2. Skip stops

It was an amazing experience. The CitySights bus tour was a little dangerous in the sense that the traffic lights and street signs were too low. There were also instances where I almost hit myself with trees. Besides that, the bus tour was very informative.

About CitySights NY

CitySights NY lets visitors and residents alike see the city from a thousand different angles. There are boat tours, on yachts and clippers alike, which might include a leisurely dinner as the sun sets or a lap around the Statue of Liberty. Helicopter tours buzz around the famous statue as well, or over Manhattan. For those looking to experience the city from inside a theater, trips to Broadway offer a glimpse into New York's dramatic legacy. There are also walking tours for those who like to keep a more leisurely pace or try to pet every dog in the city.

The company's double-decker tour buses, though, whisk visitors around the Big Apple, making stops at the city's top attractions, including Times Square, the One World Observatory, SoHo, and Chinatown. Along the way, guides narrate the tour, adding details about the city's rich history and pointing out which pigeons are friendly. Each passenger seat comes with its own speaker to ensure that you don't miss a thing. Most tours are hop-on/hop-off, meaning you can take as much time as you want at sites such as the Museum of Modern Art and the Central Park Zoo before catching another bus later in the day.
