Q:

I live in Moncks Corner. Would that be an extra chanrge?

Mike R.  asked on  Jan 3, 2013

A:

Moncks Corner isn't a problem. I am based out of Goose Creek, so coming out to clean the property wont be an issue.

Q:

What product do you use to kill mildew?

Cathy T.  asked on  Jan 3, 2013

A:

The solution I use is a mixture of Water, Part bleach, and a concentrate. The concentrate is designed to work with the small amount of bleach to kill mold and mildew, loosen and remove dirt, and remove stains. It's also designed to neutralyze the the bleach to protect the home exterior, as well as vegitation and animals. It doesn't leave a lingering bleach odor after the work is completed and has had time to dry. This is a solution I have been using for about 8 years and have been very happy with the results. (as a side note, it also leaves windows almost completely streak free)

Q:

My house is almost 3,000 square feet. What is the groupon price for that size?

Linda B.  asked on  Jan 2, 2013

A:

The house would fall under the Groupon pricing for the larger home. There is a charge of $10 per additional 100 sqft beyond what is covered by the special. I believe it would be $70 - $80 extra, due the day of cleaning.

Q:

Can i use this for back deck and driveway instead of housse?

cindy  asked on  Jan 2, 2013

A:

I'd have to say no. It's been my experience that those two particular types of cleaning are far more involved and require much more time and attention. I would be more than happy to come by and give you an estimate that is very fair and competitive. Especially for having already considered the Groupon special.

Q:

Can you give an estimate today before we purchase the groupon?

Jeanne G.  asked on  Jan 2, 2013

A:

I'm sorry for the delay in responding to your request. I would be happy do give you an estimate. Please feel free to call 843-670-2616 or email Crankshaw2500@yahoo.com. I would need to know the square footage of your home, roughly the size and amount of porches, and any additional work you are wanting done.

Q:

My two story home is 2500 sqaure feet. What would it cost to pressure wash my home?

Marvin N.  asked on  Jan 2, 2013

A:

You would be looking at an additional $20 - $30 for the extra square footage in addition to what is covered by the special. It's normally safe to assume an additional $10 per 100 sqft over the limit set by the special.

Q:

Just wanted to see if this would include spraying the inside area of a screened in porch on a one story house about 1500 sq feet Thanks!!

alice  asked on  Jan 1, 2013

A:

If that's what you would like to have done, it's fine. I certainly don't mind cleaning a one story house and the porch. Given the porch is accessible and cleared of all personal items.

Q:

I always worry about aggressive washers that dig into the wood, I just need the mildew and dust removed...any thoughts? also on the 2 story square feet, is that the square feet footage that you will clean or the square feet of the house footprint? I have a 2 story and I want the trim cleaned and the hardy plank just rinsed off.

Cathy T.  asked on  Jan 2, 2013

A:

Soft exteriors like you are referring to have tremendous potential for damage if too much pressure is used. We make sure to reduce pressure in these areas without sacrificing quality of work and results. The square footage covered by the special refers to the total exterior surface area. This is commonly misinterpreted with living square footage. You can get a pretty good idea of the actual size by looking at your property breakdown on your county web site. Doing the work you are asking about, shouldn't be a problem.
