CJ's has yet to disappoint! My husband and I always get the CJ's New Orleans Napoleon, we have gotten other items in the past, but this is the dish that we absolutely love!!! The staff are always upbeat and friendly. Just a wonderful place to eat!

Food is excellent. They’ve always been pretty busy and so I expect a little wait each time we go there. It the food is worth the wait. Everything is fresh and the flavors are fantastic.

They seemed to be short staffed. We waited for over an hour for our food to come. While waiting we saw others leave because of the slow service. However, once the food arrived it was rather tasty.

What You'll Get

Crab cakes are a time-honored tradition of the American South, second only to stealing magnolias and midnight Yankee tipping. Indulge in refined Southern customs with today’s Groupon: for $7, you get $14 worth of Southern fare and drinks at CJ’s Kitchen & Grille.

The friendly staff at CJ’s Kitchen & Grille serves up flavorful New Orleans–style morning and midday meals in an unassuming, no-frills setting. Enjoy breakfast classics such as biscuits ’n’ sausage gravy ($3.75), omelets ($4.50–$7.95), or french toast made with Gambino’s New Orleans french bread ($6.25–$6.50), noted for its balance of jazzy notes and cancan-dancing carbohydrates.

Afternoon noshers can choose from savory sandwiches, salads, seafood, and rotating daily specials such as the country fried steak Blue Plate special, which pairs the prized protein with homemade garlic mashed potatoes, fresh veggies, and french bread ($7.75).

Comforting classics such as the fish or shrimp po’ boy ($8.50), Jane’s Reuben ($7.75), or chicken fingers basket ($7.25), each served alongside fries and slaw, appease Cajun connoisseurs, and homemade blueberry bread pudding drizzled with rum sauce ($2.95) and freshly baked beignets satisfy nagging sweet teeth. CJ's invites patrons to grab a table, pull up a stool to enjoy nutriment at the full-service counter, or take grub to go for al fresco picnics or cross-country potato-sack races.
