Client is placed on a comfortable table that moves in several directions and allows for optimal, gentle stretch of sore,achy muscles/joints. The soothing, weighted heat-packs that will be placed on you, allow increased vascular flow to muscles and joints that are over-worked through sustained work/occupationl postures, sports injuries or chronic muscle-skeletal conditions.
