Q:

How does this deal work with a grandparent pass? What is the grandparent pass? Could you please give details about that? Thanks

Julie A .  asked on  Dec 12, 2012

A:

We do not offer a grandparent pass. The best thing for you to do is buy a duo membership and then purchase the 10 tickets for $50. Then you can use the tickets for your different grandchildren that come with you.

I purchased a duo membership a couple of days ago but can't find how to retrieve the documentation. When I click on the acknowledgement it just displays the offer. Thanks, psr

Paul R.  asked on  Dec 14, 2012

A:

You should be able to go to "my groupons" click on redeem. If you're having further problems I would contact Groupon for support. Here's a link to their customer support page: http://www.groupon.com/helpcenter

Q:

Your answer to the second question above provided a link to the list of your "current IMAX documentaries", which included The Hobbit: Unexpected Journey, Born to be Wild 3D, Skyfall, To the Arctic, Flying Monsters, and others, as if they were all Clark documentaries included with this membership. A later answer said the Hobbit was not a documentary and would not be included. So which of the titles listed at that link are the Clark documentaries, and which are Hollywood, or how can I tell?

Douglas M.  asked on  Dec 11, 2012

A:

Douglas, So sorry to confuse you. If you look at our page with the IMAX shows, you will see beneath the name of each show a length of time. IMAX documentaries are typically 35-45 minutes long. Hollywood movies means movies you could see at any theatre. Our current IMAX documentaries are Hubble 3D, To the Arctic, Born to be Wild, and The Light Before Christmas. Coming in February we will be bringin Flight of the Butterflies to the IMAX. Here is a link to that shows trailer: http://youtu.be/WTnOY_qTB2c I hope that helps.
