Class choices include:
Artisan Bread & Cheese: Learn recipes and techniques that may include mozzarella, ricotta, focaccia bread, and Caprese swirl rolls.
Pastry: Pastry chef teaches different themed classes including Tarts, Macarons, and Cakes–Pound Cakes & Coffee Cakes.
Pizza Making: Learn to make and form dough, information about yeast, flours, sauces and more. The class includes salad, dessert, and house wines/beer with dinner.
Sunday Brunch: Hands-on class which includes coffee and mimosas. Possible dishes may include blueberry-almond polenta and shirred eggs with ham and mushrooms.
Gourmet Cooking: Learn gourmet dishes that may include honey-soy broiled salmon or rosemary- and garlic-rubbed pork tenderloin. Class includes beer and wine.
Mediterranean Cooking: Chef Joe Cambria leads course in regional staples like roasted grape crostini with prosciutto and ricotta, fettuccine with hot peppers in lemon sauce, chicken with olives, capers, shallots, mushrooms, and pine nuts in a white wine sauce, and peach crisp

French chef and owner Pascal Dionot directs his well-trained staff to help explain some of the finer points of cooking for both career-minded gastronomers and novices.
