I had to call them twice a week apart before they called me back. We set up an appointment and unfortunately a few days before Rick and his partner were to come I had to call and reschedule. Rick was very accommodating. They arrived for the 12 noon appointment on a Sunday. They worked hard for 1 1/2 hours washing the car, windows, shinning the tires and hubcaps. I would recommend Richard Colonna.
