Moshe, the tech, was not only on time (!), but also called in advance to give me a "20 minutes out" call. After introducing himself, he confirmed he was in the right location, and gave me the details of the job.
He did a thorough cleaning of our A/C ducts and dryer vent. A job well done. On time, and no surprises.
