What’s included in the deal (per visit):

• Lawn mowing to appropriate seasonal height

• String-trimming around fences, trees, beds, and obstacles

• Edging along sidewalks/driveways

• Blow-off of hard surfaces (walkways, patio, driveway)

• Bagging of grass clippings and placement in customer bin (or up to 2 lawn bags included)

Deal options (choose one):

• Basic: Up to 5,000 sq. ft. lot

• Standard: Up to 10,000 sq. ft. lot

• Premium: Up to 15,000 sq. ft. lot

(Lots larger than selected option, corner lots, or heavy obstacles may incur an additional fee.)

Any deal restrictions:

• Appointment required; weather permitting

• Valid for residential single-family lawns; townhomes/HOAs okay if access allowed

• Overgrowth/first-time cleanup (grass taller than ~6") may require an upcharge or upgraded option

• Excess debris, leaves, or pet waste must be cleared prior to service (pet waste removal available as add-on)

• Service area: Valid within the 30 Miles radius of downtown (additional travel fee may apply outside radius)

• Limit 1 voucher per household; may buy 1 additional as a gift

• Will large items be moved? Large furniture/playsets are not moved; technicians trim/edge around them

• Provide address, gate codes, and any special instructions; pets must be secured
