We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we would like to provide clarification on several points: Tissue on the Floor The tissue shown in your photo was the same one you had pointed out to our cleaner prior to the service. Previous Cleaning You informed cleaner that another company had previously cleaned your floors and that you were dissatisfied with their results. You specifically requested that we “fix” these issues, including hand-cleaning the floor. Floor Paint Each time cleaner attempted to hand-clean the flooring, the paint began to peel. In order to prevent further damage to your property, the cleaner could not continue scrubbing. Before & After Photos We maintain before-and-after photos of the areas serviced, which document the work completed during your appointment. Communication During Service You messaged cleaner, requesting that he continue working until you gave approval to stop. While he complied, please note that cleaner must also adhere to scheduled service times and safety guidelines. Service Duration Our “6-hour deep cleaning” description refers to the typical scope of a comprehensive service. It is performance-based and depends on the size and condition of the property. In some cases, a deep clean may take less time if tasks are thoroughly completed, while in other cases, additional time may be required.
