Scheduling was easy and got several reminders of my upcoming appointment. Guys that came to do the cleaning were fantastic. Gave me a clear and upfront opinion on the damaged carpets we had, and made sure I understood the process so I could set my expectations. Cleaning was quick and efficient, and the use of corner-protectors for my walls to protect them from the hoses going up the stairs was a thoughtful touch. Would definitely use again.

I had purchased a Group-on voucher for carpet cleaning as I had an emergency problem. Randy and Gabe came Monday afternoon to clean 2 rooms of carpeting for me. The carpeting is an off WHITE color. It gets dirty quickly and shows all spots. We discussed the carpeting and my expectations prior to the cleaning. There were a series of spots where I had dribbled coffee (just a series of coin sized spots) over the carpeting. Usually, I whip out my handy spot cleaner and it works well. But, My cleaning ladies had made them all worse by attempting to clean then; ending up with a series of huge spots on the carpeting (no idea what they used). I finally just told Randy -- "Just do your best!." Clean Solutions offers extra services in addition to the advertised Steam Carpet Clean. I added the Deep Scrub and Pre-conditioner but did not add the sanitizer or stainguard thinking that I might need further cleaning even after this cleaning. So Randy and Gabe proceeded with the cleaning process. After they finished, I looked at the carpet. I was happily surprised to find that most of the spots were gone. I have to say considering the age of the carpet and the spots, I feel they did an excellent job. I would rehire them in a minute if they were not so expensive. Randy gave me a card with prices for packages ranging from 55$ to 95$ per room. That just does not fit my budget. With my white carpet - I try to get the carpeting cleaned about once every 6 months.
