The tech did a terrible job. He "replaced" my chimney cap with the wrong kind that was not secured and blew off in the night. And when he cleaned the chimney he just pushed all the ash and soot down the chimney and didnt clean the hearth or the mess he made in my living room. When I called about the chimeny cap to get replaced I made several appointments to have a crew put in the correct one and no one ever showed, and now they will not answer my phone calls. I will NEVER use them again.
