I had my ducts cleaned recently. I actually bought the coupon in June but it took some time to create the appointment as we couldn't match our schedules. Zara, the owner, kept following up however and when it was scheduled, she and her colleague Abdul did the job that was promised, and more.
They came prepared and were very respectful while setting up the equipment in the house. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain what they were doing. They also offered legitimate advice, for example on my furnace filter. Not just upsell.
They also showed me how the last people who came to clean my ducts years ago did not actually clean my ducts. That was disappointing as the last people also "appeared" to be professionals but didn't show us pictures/video of the inside of the vents. Zara/Abdul did. Big difference.
In fact, my house being almost 40 years old, and us living here 12 years, Abdul was able to clean out drywall, wood pieces, sawdust, screws and other bits and dirt that the original builders left behind inside the vents! Crazy!
It was totally worth the price for the groupon and the optional additional services offered on site.
Thank you for doing it right and showing me video of the before and after. I appreciate it! Will call again in 3 years as recommended.
