The ONE guy that showed up did the best that he could, but even after I was told this Groupon did not include a move-out clean, and I asked if I could apply the price that I had paid for the voucher to the move out clean (he did say yes to this), one poor guy with a few cleaning supplies in the trunk of his car showed up. He did the best that he could, fantastic job on the fridge, but really didn't have the proper tools to do a thorough job.

The two people who showed up stole my ceramic change jar that my mother made that contained my coins and some collectibles. After two hours, our upstairs smelled bad, the floor was sticky, and they barely cleaned the down stairs. We spoke with Sam several times but he never once called is back. Groupon gave us a refund but Sam was worthless. Very disappointed and angry.
