HORRIBLE SCAM!!! The cleaning tech advised me that I paid $60 to get 1 seat cushion cleaned on my sofa and that any additional sections would be $10 add on fee. I agreed to pay an additional $10 to have both cushions cleaned. The tech said he was going to his truck to get his equipment. After 15 minutes, I called the tech to ask if he was coming back to clean the sofa. He lied and said that he borrowed a truck and the piece that he needs is not on the truck so he cannot do the cleaning today, and I will have to call back and reschedule. Yes!! They redeemed my Groupon without doing any work!!! WHAT A SCAM!!
