Unprofessional, you will receive multiple calls and texts from different numbers and people for scheduling. our cleaner was scheduled, and no-showed 5 times over the course of 2 days. On the first day, a random man showed up at 930pm at night claiming to be a cleaner, we had guests sleeping in the guestroom that was intended on being cleaned so I couldnt let the cleaner in, plus I didnt want to let in someone who couldn't identify themselves that late at night. the next day, another two times were promised and then cleaner was a no-show. Went through AMEX and got the charge disputed and refunded, never working with cleanster again and probably not going to use Groupon again for things.
